Kim Voigt-Eanes brings more than 35 years of specialized investigative experience to her role as Head of Investigations at Barbieri Law Firm. Her career has centered on three primary areas of expertise: Crimes Against Children (CAC) investigations, narcotics investigations, and white-collar/financial crime cases.

She has held advanced investigative roles across multiple Texas agencies, conducting complex fraud investigations, long-term narcotics operations, undercover assignments, and sensitive child-victim case work. Her deep understanding of investigative protocol, evidentiary standards, and prosecutorial strategy allows her to identify weaknesses in the State’s case with exceptional precision.

Before joining Barbieri Law Firm, Kim worked extensively in Crimes Against Children investigations, supporting high-stakes, emotionally sensitive cases through evidence development, interviews, and trial preparation—experience that directly informs the firm’s defense strategies.

As Head of Investigations, Kim plays a critical role in reviewing police work, analyzing investigative procedures, and strengthening the firm’s case-building process.
